You can pick up your order exclusively at Jenkinson's South Arcade, located at 500 Boardwalk Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742. You will be receiving an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up. If you did not receive any email your order is not ready. If you have any questions on the status of your order please call 732-295-4334

What is the NEW Boardwalk Bounce Card and when can I start using it?

Exciting news! Coming in 2025, the attractions associated with Jenkinson's South will be implementing a new and improved cashless system, drastically improving the guest experience while visiting the boardwalk.
Do not worry - your old and existing credits still never expire, even with our new cashless system! Also, the dollar amount on our credits is remaining the same, so there is no value lost!
You will be able to start using your Boardwalk Bounce Card exclusively at the Jenkinson's South Arcade starting on January 18, 2025

Do credits expire?

NO! Our credits never expire.
To check the balance of your old Emusement Card, go to https://webhost.corecashless.com/jenkinsons/loyalty/?p=aw7hlmz7 and insert the number on the back of your card into the balance check
Please note: you WILL NOT BE LOSING any monetary value on your credits. Our old Emusement credit system was 1 Credit = $.50
For example, if you have 100 Credits ($50 value) on your old Emusement Card, you will now have 50 Bounce Credits (still $50 value)

When will I receive my online order?

Traditionally, orders are packaged and shipped out within 5-7 days of purchase date. Tracking number will be provided to the email that was used to purchase items.
If you would like your order ASAP we recommend you select the self pick up option at check out and pick up your order when you receive your pick up notification

What is your return/exchange policy on apparel?

We accept exchanges for items for different colors or sizes within 30 Days of Purchase Date
You are allowed to return one item per order and will receive a refund on that item alone.
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and tags must still be intact to be eligible for a return or exchange.
