I chose the ”PICK UP” option, when and where can I pick up my order? *The person picking up the order must have a photo ID as well as the credit card used to purchase*
  • You can pick up your order exclusively at Jenkinson's South Arcade, located at 500 Boardwalk Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742. You will be receiving an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up. If you did not receive any email your order is not ready. If you have any questions on the status of your order please call 732-295-4334
  • Hours are: Monday-Friday (11am-8pm), Saturday (10am-11pm), and Sunday (10am-9pm) *CLOSING TIMES MAY VARY* *CLOSED THURSDAY 11/23, SUNDAY 12/24, & MONDAY 12/25*
Do credits expire?
  • No, they do not!
When will I receive my online order?
  • Traditionally, orders are packaged and shipped out within 5-7 days of purchase date. Tracking number will be provided to the email that was used to purchase items.
  • If you would like your order ASAP we recommend you select the self pick up option at check out and pick up your order when you receive your pick up notification
What Holiday Sale items can I purchase on site?
  • The only Holiday Sale item that you can purchase on site would be the Jenkinson’s Boardwalk Gift Cards, which are available for purchase at the Jenkinson’s South Arcade. All of the rest of the Holiday Sale items are online exclusive items only
When is the deadline to place an online order to ensure a delivery by Christmas Day?
  • All orders need to be placed by 12/18 for delivery by Christmas Day. After 12/18 all orders will be picked up only!
When is the deadline to place a Pick Up order to be ready for Christmas Day?
  • All pick up orders must be placed by 12/23 for the opportunity to pick up by Christmas Day.
How much is shipping?
  • The cost of shipping is calculated by the weight of what you purchase
  • All orders <1lb are $4.75 to ship
How can I track my order?
  • Once your order ships you will be automatically sent an email with your shipping confirmation as well as your USPS tracking number.

The clothes I ordered do not fit. Now What?
What is your return/exchange policy on apparel?
  • We accept exchanges for items for different colors or sizes until January 5th, 2024
  • You are allowed to return one item per order and will receive a refund on that item alone.
My credit card is not going through but the number is correct?
  • Sometimes our digital platform has an issue with certain cards that we are currently working on with our IT team.

My order is missing something! Now what?
  • Sometimes due to the volume of orders we are shipping out something is missed in the fulfillment process.
  • If this is the case please call 732-295-4334 or email customerservice@jenkinsons.com right away with your order number ready so we can get you all of the items that you ordered.

How do I check how many credits I have on a card?
  • You can enter the card number above the bar code on the bottom of each Jenkinson’s Boardwalk web page, or you can check directly here: Credit check
What can the Emusement card be used on?
  • Emusement credits can be used in the Ride Park, Jenkinson’s South Arcade, South Beach Arcade, Ropes Course,, both Lighthouse and *Castaway Cove Miniature Golf Courses, *Fun House, and the *Aquarium. *Only PAID credits are accepted at these attractions.

Why does it say Gift Card Value $0.00 but I know I have credits?
  • We also sell gift cards that can be checked the same way as credits are checked. Combine the Paid and Bonus Credits to see the total amount on the card.
What does it mean Paid and Bonus credits?
  • When you enter a card number you may see Paid Credits, Bonus Credits, and Gift Card Balance. Combine both the paid and bonus credits to get the total credits. Gift card balance only applies to gift cards, not ride only cards or Emusement cards.
What happens if I lose my Emusement card?
How do I register multiple cards?
  • Once you have registered and logged into the main account, you can click on the 3 black lines to the right of the account home page. Three is a + add a new account, each card would be a new account.
