Understanding Our Updated Credit Structure

Important Credit Information: As of the 2025 season, we updated our credit structure from 1 Credit = $.50 to 1 Credit = $1.00, but rest assured—all of your old cards and Easter Sale items still hold the same dollar value, just with simplified credit amounts to match our new structure and user-friendly cashless system. For example, the Carousel Ride in previous years was 8 Credits ($4 in value), and this year it is 4 Credits ($4 in value). Any cards purchased before 2025 can be transferred onto a new card at the Amusement Park during operating hours - if you haven't already done so. The most important thing to note is that these Easter Sale items have the exact same dollar value as they always have, we've just updated our credit structure. You are not losing any value on these items and we did not just double the price and lower the credits!

When is the annual Jenkinson’s Boardwalk Easter Sale?

The annual Jenkinson’s Boardwalk Easter Sale is online and on-site Friday, April 3rd | Saturday, April 4th | and Sunday April 5th. If you are purchasing on-site at the boardwalk, the sale items become available at 11:00am.

I chose the “Self Pickup (Free)” option, when and where can I pick up my order?

There is no deadline to pick up your orders! The Primary Pickup location for all online Easter Sale orders is the Adventure Lookout Ropes Course , located at the street end of Arnold Ave (500 Boardwalk, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742). Hours: Open at 11:00am during Easter Weekend: 4/3, 4/4, 4/5 Open at 12:00pm (pick up only) on: 3/31, 4/1, 4/2, 4/6–4/12 Secondary Pick-Up locations are also available at the Jenkinson’s South Arcade and Jenkinson’s Amusement Park (Guest Relations Booth ONLY). South Arcade Hours: Open at 10:00am on: 4/1–4/13 Open at 11:00am on: 3/31 and daily starting 4/14 Amusement Park (Guest Relations Booth) Hours: Open at 11:00am during Easter Weekend: 4/3, 4/4, 4/5 Open at 12:00pm on: 3/31, 4/1, 4/2, 4/3, 4/6–4/12 All pick up orders must have a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the order, and must match the person picking up the order. No exceptions. If you are picking up your Easter Sale orders after April 12, please visit either the Jenkinson’s South Arcade or the Jenkinson’s Amusement Park (Guest Relations Booth, located inside the park next to the Bumper Car building). When will I receive my Easter Sale order?

You should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Tracking number will be provided to the email that was used to purchase items once item ships. If you need your order within the next 2 weeks please select the Pick-Up Option at check out.

Can I modify or cancel my order after I have it already paid for?

Yes. If you email your Order Number to customerservice@jenkinsons.com PRIOR TO SHIPPING we will fully refund your order. Your order will then be canceled. If you choose to place a different order, you can do so then.

What events are happening before and after Easter Weekend at Jenkinson’s Boardwalk?

Celebrate Easter at Jenkinson’s Boardwalk with Bunny Lunches on March 28–29 & April 5 at 12:30pm, an Egg Hunt on March 29 at 1pm, our Easter Sale April 3–5, Photos with the Easter Bunny on April 4 at 12:30pm, and an Easter Parade on April 5 at 1pm—fun for the whole family all season long!

Where can I purchase the Easter Sale on-site at Jenkinson’s Boardwalk?

You can purchase the Easter Sale items on-site at the following locations on April 3, 4, & 5 starting at 11:00am: • Amusement Park • At the Beach Gate entrance on the boardwalk at Arnold Ave. • Under the Radio Deck, across from the Aquarium • Jenkinson’s South Arcade (10:00am) • Jenkinson’s South Beach Arcade

Can I place an order over the phone?

No, due to credit card security, we cannot accept orders over the phone

What if I did not pick up an order that was placed in the past?

You can still pick up previous years orders during our hours of operations, just please bring the confirmation receipt or email as well as a valid photo ID

Is the Ride Park open before and after Easter Weekend?

Yes! The Ride Park will be open daily for our special Spring Break hours from Saturday, March 28 through Sunday, April 12th at 12pm, weather permitting. Visit our Ride-Schedule for the most up-to-date ride park schedule

What is the difference between the Ride Only Cards and the Boardwalk Bounce Cards?

The Ride Only Cards can just be used on rides inside the Jenkinson’s Ride Park, along with the Adventure Lookout Ropes Course. Boardwalk Bounce Cards can be used in the Ride Park as well as, Jenkinson’s South Arcade, South Beach Arcade, Ropes Course, select Boardwalk Games, both Lighthouse Point Miniature Golf and Castaway Cove Miniature Golf Courses, Fun House, and the Jenkinson's Aquarium.

What Easter Sale items are Buy One, Get One Free?

Buy One, Get One Free items include: $50 (50 Credit) Amusement Ride Only Cards, and Refillable Souvenir Soda Cup voucher.

What Easter Sale items are NOT Buy One, Get One Free?

Items that are NOT Buy One, Get One Free include: $145 Family Fun Pack, $150 for $100 Boardwalk Bounce Card, $125 3-Hour Unlimited Ride Wristband Four Pack, $35 Games Package, Little Macs Food Deal, Boardwalk Bar and Grill $100 Gift Card and $20 Bonus Card, and the $40 Mini Golf Fore Pack because all of these sales items are already heavily discounted

Do Amusement Ride Only Cards, Boardwalk Bounce Cards, or Family Fun Packs expire?

No, none of these sale items ever expire

Will I be getting the Refillable Souvenir Cup in the mail?

No, you will receive a voucher for the Refillable Souvenir Cup in the mail, which will be redeemable at Little Mac’s (located by the Jenkinson’s Ride Park along the boardwalk)

How do I register my card?

On the bottom page of the following link, register as a new user. If you have multiple cards, select add an account once you log in Jenkinson's Card Registration If you have multiple cards, once you have registered and logged into the main account, you can click on the 3 black lines to the right of the account home page. Three is a + add a new account, each card would be a new account.

What happens if I lose my card?

The card must be registered in order to be replaced.

How many credits is each ride and what are the hours of the Ride Park?

You can pick up your order exclusively at Jenkinson's South Arcade, located at 500 Boardwalk Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742. You will be receiving an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up. If you did not receive any email your order is not ready. When will I receive my online order?

Traditionally, orders are packaged and shipped out within 5-7 days of purchase date. Tracking number will be provided to the email that was used to purchase items. If you would like your order ASAP we recommend you select the self pick up option at check out and pick up your order when you receive your pick up notification

When is the deadline to place an online order to ensure a delivery by Christmas Day?

All orders need to be placed by Monday, 12/15 at 12:00pm for delivery by Christmas Day. After 12/15 at 12:01pm you must select SELF PICK-UP if you would like to have your Holiday Sale order fulfilled before Christmas Day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you will be automatically sent an email with your shipping confirmation as well as your USPS tracking number. If you have any questions about the status of your order please call 732-295-4334

The clothes I ordered do not fit. Now What?

Please email customerserivce@jenkinsons.com or call 732-295-4334 with your order number ready so we can go about fixing this issue.

What is your return/exchange policy on apparel?

We accept exchanges for items for different colors or sizes within 30 Days of Purchase Date You are allowed to return one item per order and will receive a refund on that item alone. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and tags must still be intact to be eligible for a return or exchange.

My order is missing something! Now what?

Sometimes due to the volume of orders we are shipping out something is missed in the fulfillment process. If this is the case please call 732-295-4334 or email customerservice@jenkinsons.com right away with your order number ready so we can get you all of the items that you ordered.
