When is the annual Jenkinson’s Boardwalk Easter Sale?
- The annual Jenkinson’s Boardwalk Easter Sale is online and on-site Friday, March 29th | Saturday, March 30th | and Sunday March 31st. If you are purchasing on-site at the boardwalk, the sale items become available at 11:00am.
I chose the “I’ll Print and Pick up myself (Free)” option, when and where can I pick up my order?
- You can pick up your Easter Orders at Guest Relations inside the Amusement Park, Adventure Lookout Ropes Course, Jenkinson’s South Arcade and Jenkinson’s South Beach Arcade starting Monday, April 10th, for a full list of hours visit -> Ride Schedule
- All pick up orders must have a photo ID and credit card that matches the person who placed the order in order to pick it up. No exceptions.

When will I receive my Easter Sale order?
- You should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Tracking number will be provided to the email that was used to purchase items once item ships.
- If you need your order within the next 2 weeks please select the Pick-Up Option at check out.
Can I modify or cancel my order after I have it already paid for?
- Yes. If you email your Order Number to customerservice@jenkinsons.com PRIOR TO SHIPPING we will fully refund your order. Your order will then be canceled. If you choose to place a different order, you can do so then.
What events are happening over Easter Weekend at Jenkinson’s Boardwalk?
- In addition to the Easter Sale, there are plenty of things to do on the boardwalk all weekend! Enjoy Free photos with the Easter Bunny on Saturday (3/30 12-3pm) on the beach next to Little Mac’s, and Sunday (3/31 12-3pm) on the boardwalk across from the Aquarium, and the Easter Parade on Sunday (3/31 1pm).
Where can I purchase the Easter Sale on-site at Jenkinson’s Boardwalk?
- You can purchase the Easter Sale items (with the exception of the Little Mac’s Food Deal and the Mini Golf Fore Pack) on-site at the following locations starting at 11:00am:
- Amusement Park
- At the Beach Gate entrance on the boardwalk at Arnold Ave.
- Under the Radio Deck, across from the Aquarium
- Jenkinson’s South Arcade
- Jenkinson’s South Beach Arcade
Can I place an order over the phone?
- No, due to credit card security, we cannot accept orders over the phone
What if I did not pick up an order that was placed in the past?
- You can still pick up previous years orders during our hours of operations, just please bring the confirmation receipt or email as well as a valid photo ID

Is the Ride Park open after Easter Weekend?
- Yes! The Ride Park will be open daily for our special Spring Break hours from Friday, March 29th through Sunday, April 7th at 12pm, weather permitting. Visit Ride-Schedule for the most up-to-date ride park schedule
What is the difference between the Ride Only Cards and the Emusement Cards?
- The Ride Only Cards can just be used on rides inside the
Jenkinson’s Ride Park, along with the Adventure Lookout Ropes Course.
- Emusement Cards can be used in the Ride Park as well as, Jenkinson’s South Arcade, South Beach Arcade, Ropes Course, select Boardwalk Games, both Lighthouse Point Miniature Golf and *Castaway Cove Miniature Golf Courses, *Fun House, and the *Aquarium. *Only PAID credits are accepted at these attractions.
What Easter Sale items are Buy One, Get One Free?
- Buy One, Get One Free items include: $50 (100 Credit) Amusement Ride Only Cards, and Refillable Souvenir Soda Cup voucher.
What Easter Sale items are NOT Buy One, Get One Free?
- Items that are NOT Buy One, Get One Free include: $135 Family Fun Pack, $125 for $85 Emusement Card, $120 3-Hour Unlimited Ride Wristband Four Pack, $30 Games Package, Little Macs Food Deal, Boardwalk Bar and Grill $100 Gift Card and $20 Bonus Card, and the $40 Mini Golf Fore Pack because all of these sales items are already heavily discounted
Do Amusement Ride Only Cards, Emusement Cards, or Family Fun Packs expire?
- No, none of these sale items ever expire
Will I be getting the Refillable Souvenir Cup in the mail?
- No, you will receive a voucher for the Refillable Souvenir Cup in the mail, which will be redeemable at Little Mac’s (located by the Jenkinson’s Ride Park along the boardwalk)
How do I register my card?
- On the bottom page of the following link, register as a new user. If you have multiple cards, select add an account once you log in Jenkinson's Card Registration
- If you have multiple cards, once you have registered and logged into the main account, you can click on the 3 black lines to the right of the account home page. Three is a + add a new account, each card would be a new account.
What happens if I lose my card?
- The card must be registered in order to be replaced.
How do I check how many credits I have on a card?
- You can enter the card number above the bar code on the bottom of each Jenkinson’s web page or check your balance here
What does Paid Credits, Bonus Credits, and E-Tickets mean?
- When you enter a card number you may see Paid Credits, Bonus Credits, E-Tickets, and Gift Card Balance. Combine both the paid and bonus credits to get the total credits. Bonus cannot be used at the following locations: Jenkinson’s Aquarium Fun House, and Castaway Cove Mini Golf. Gift card balance only applies to gift cards, not ride only cards or e-musement cards.
- E-Tickets are the tickets earned at the Jenkinson’s South Arcade, Jenkinson’s South Beach Arcade, and Frank’s Fun Center and can be redeemed for prizes at those arcades. These E-Tickets replaced traditional tickets.
