How do I check the balance of my old Emusement Cards or cards purchased before 2025?

For any Emusement Cards, Ride Only Cards, or other Easter Sale items purchased prior to 2025, you can check the balance by visiting our Legacy Balance Checker HERE.

Do any of our Holiday Sale items expire?

No! None of our Holiday Sale items ever expire.

I chose the ”PICK UP” option, when and where can I pick up my order? *The person picking up the order must have a photo ID as well as the credit card used to purchase*

You can pick up your order exclusively at Jenkinson's South Arcade, located at 500 Boardwalk Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742. You will be receiving an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up. If you did not receive any email your order is not ready. If you have any questions on the status of your order please call 732-295-4334 Hours are: Monday-Friday (11am-8pm), Saturday and Sunday (11am-9pm) *CLOSING TIMES MAY VARY* *CLOSED THURSDAY 11/27 & THURSDAY 12/25*

When will I receive my online order?

Traditionally, orders are packaged and shipped out within 5-7 days of purchase date. Tracking number will be provided to the email that was used to purchase items. If you would like your order ASAP we recommend you select the self pick up option at check out and pick up your order when you receive your pick up notification

When is the deadline to place an online order to ensure a delivery by Christmas Day?

All orders need to be placed by Monday, 12/15 at 12:00pm for delivery by Christmas Day. After 12/15 at 12:01pm you must select SELF PICK-UP if you would like to have your Holiday Sale order fulfilled before Christmas Day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you will be automatically sent an email with your shipping confirmation as well as your USPS tracking number. If you have any questions about the status of your order please call 732-295-4334

The clothes I ordered do not fit. Now What?

Please email customerserivce@jenkinsons.com or call 732-295-4334 with your order number ready so we can go about fixing this issue.

What is your return/exchange policy on apparel?

We accept exchanges for items for different colors or sizes within 30 Days of Purchase Date You are allowed to return one item per order and will receive a refund on that item alone. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and tags must still be intact to be eligible for a return or exchange.

My order is missing something! Now what?

Sometimes due to the volume of orders we are shipping out something is missed in the fulfillment process. If this is the case please call 732-295-4334 or email customerservice@jenkinsons.com right away with your order number ready so we can get you all of the items that you ordered.

Bounce Credits can be used at Jenkinson’s South Beach Arcade, Jenkinson’s South Arcade, Jenkinson’s Amusement Park, Jenkinson’s Rooftop Batting Cages, Jenkinson’s South Boardwalk and Ride Park Midway Games, Jenkinson’s Lighthouse Point Mini Golf, Jenkinson’s Adventure Lookout Ropes Course, Jenkinson’s Aquarium, Jenkinson’s Castaway Cove Mini Golf Course, and the Jenkinson’s Fun House.
