What do I do with my old Emusement Cards?

Hold onto them for now! Customers can transfer all their old Emusement cards with a balance on them onto a Boardwalk Bounce Card. This transfer can take place at any self-service Kiosk located throughout the property, the Amusement Park booths, and at Jenkinson’s South Arcade and South Beach arcade.

Where can I check the balance of my old Emusement Card?

To check the balance of your old Emusement Card, or any card purchased before 2025, go to https://legacybalances.jenkinsons.com/jenks and insert the number on the back of your card into the balance check Please note: you WILL NOT BE LOSING any monetary value on your credits. Our old Emusement credit system was 1 Credit = $.50 For example, if you have 100 Credits ($50 value) on your old Emusement Card, you will now have 50 Bounce Credits (still $50 value)

What exactly are bonus credits?

Bonus credits are credits that are put on your card at time of purchase as a benefit to purchasing larger amounts of credits at one time.

Where can I buy a card?

Boardwalk Bounce cards can be purchased at any ride park booth located throughout the Jenkinson’s Amusement Park, at Jenkinson’s South Arcade, at Jenkinson’s South Beach Arcade, Jenkinson’s Adventure Lookout Ropes Course, and at any self-serve kiosk located throughout the Jenkinson’s South Property. Cards can also be purchased online

Where can I use my credits?

Credits can be used at Jenkinson’s South Beach Arcade, Jenkinson’s South Arcade, Jenkinson’s Amusement Park, Jenkinson’s Rooftop Batting Cages, Jenkinson’s South Boardwalk and Ride Park Midway Games, Jenkinson’s Lighthouse Point Mini Golf, Jenkinson’s Adventure Lookout Ropes Course, Jenkinson's Aquarium, Castaway Cove Mini Golf Course, and the Fun House.

How do I check my balance or recharge my card?

To check the balance, recharge, link, register, and manage all your cards please go to https://online.jenkinsons.com/account/login In person and on-site customers can check your balance at any kiosk, amusement park booth, or at a reader.

What happens to unused credits on my card?

Your credits never expire. You can reuse and recharge your card as many times as you need. We do not refund unused credits.

Are my paper ride tickets still good?

Yes. However, your tickets must first be converted to Ride Only credits at our guest relations booth, inside the Ride Park next to the Tilt A Whirl ride.. Paper tickets are no longer sold or accepted. Ride only cards are only accepted at the ride and not arcades, games, or attractions.

How do I use my Card.

Your card can be used in the rides, arcades, midway games, and attractions. All cards are RFID equipped so simply tap your card on the reader to use the card.

What if I lose my card?

Like tickets or cash, we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. If you have registered your card and report it missing to Guest Services, we can deactivate the account, transfer the balance and issue a new card.
