What do I do with my old Frank’s Fun Center Cards?

Customers can transfer all their old cards with a balance on them onto new Frank’s Fun Center Play Card. Credits and ticket balances will transfer. These transfers can be completed inside Frank’s Fun Center at the arcade counter or at a self-service kiosk. Please note: you WILL NOT BE LOSING any monetary value on your credits. Our old Frank's Fun Center Play Card credit system was 1 Credit = $.50 For example, if you have 100 Credits ($50 value) on your old Play Card, you will now have 50 Credits (still $50 value)

What exactly are bonus credits?

Bonus Credits are credits that are put on your card at time of purchase as a benefit to purchasing larger amounts of credits at one time. The Bonus Credits on the Frank's Fun Center Play Card can only be used inside the Frank's Fun Center Arcade and Dart Game on the boardwalk.

Where can I buy a card?

Cards can be purchased inside the arcade at the counter, at a self-service kiosk, or online at https://onlinefranksfuncenter.jenkinsons.com/sale

Where can I use my credits?

Frank’s Fun Center Play cards can be tapped at all arcade games inside Franks Fun Center as well as at the Dart Game at Frank’s Fun Center.

How do I check my balance or recharge my card?

In person and on-site customers can check their balance at the arcade counter or at a self-service Kiosk located inside Frank’s Fun Center. Coming soon: to check the balance, recharge, link, register, and manage all your cards please go to Jenkinsons.com/franksfuncenter .

What happens to unused credits on my card?

Your credits never expire. You can reuse and recharge your Play Card as many times as you wish. We do not refund unused credits.

How do I use my Card.

Our new cards make gameplay easier than ever using RFID technology. To use it, simply hold your card up to the reader on the arcade machine. If there is only one credit option displayed, the game will start automatically. If there are multiple credit options, tap your preferred credit amount on the touchscreen. If a game selection is not chosen within 3 seconds, the screen will time out and the customer is not charged.

What if I lose my card?

Remember to register your card. If a registered card is lost, an associate at Frank’s Fun Center can look up your card information, deactivate the current card, and issue you a new card. Like tickets and cash, Frank’s Fun Center is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
