Q: How do I check the balance of my old Emusement Cards or cards purchased before 2025?

For any Emusement Cards, Ride Only Cards, or other Easter Sale items purchased prior to 2025, you can check the balance by visiting our Legacy Balance Checker HERE.

Q: Do any of our Holiday Sale items expire?

No! None of our Holiday Sale items ever expire.

Q: When will I receive my online order?

Traditionally, orders are packaged and shipped out within 5-7 days of purchase date. Tracking number will be provided to the email that was used to purchase items. If you would like your order ASAP we recommend you select the self pick up option at check out and pick up your order when you receive your pick up notification

Q: When is the deadline to place an online order to ensure a delivery by Christmas Day?

All orders need to be placed by Monday, 12/15 at 4:00pm for delivery by Christmas Day. After 12/15 all orders will be picked up only!

Q: What is your return/exchange policy on apparel?

We accept exchanges for items for different colors or sizes within 30 Days of Purchase Date You are allowed to return one item per order and will receive a refund on that item alone. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and tags must still be intact to be eligible for a return or exchange.
