Purchase online only and pick up at aquarium front desk.
All pass holders must be present at pick up. A photo will be taken to associate with each card. We will contact you when it is available for pick up. Picked up times will be Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm.

Passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
All pass holder cards are revocable. Jenkinson’s Aquarium reserves the right to refuse or revoke pass holder and/or deny admission without refund for noncompliance with applicable rules, terms, or for inappropriate conduct.
