This is a great program for those future marine biologists! Come experience the aquarium from an employee’s point of view. Learn how to provide animal care including training, enrichment, and feeding for a variety of animals. You’ll go behind the scenes, meet live animals, and talk with our care staff.
It’s birthday time for our harbor seal Noelani! Come join in the celebration!
Visitors are invited to wear birthday hats and join us in singing Happy Birthday to her as she enjoys a special birthday cake. Sign her birthday card, make a craft, and learn all about harbor seals through games and activities!
Families affected by autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing or cognitive challenges, as well as guests requiring assistance for disabilities are invited to explore the aquarium before we open to the public. To create a sensory friendly environment there will be a decreased noise level, limited visual stimulation and less crowding.
Celebrating Earth Day is an opportunity to show our appreciation for our wildlife and wild places by exploring conservation issues, learning about sustainable practices and discovering ways we can all make a difference in our own communities. Join us for crafts, activities, keeper chats and a chance to meet some of our ambassador animals.
