Join Lane, certified Paws & Pilates Mat and Reformer instructor, for a low impact, high vibes workout. You are in for an unforgettable morning of intentional movement, goodie bags, and time well spent at the aquarium! This 50-minute classical pilates sculpt flow is an all-levels mat class designed to lengthen and strengthen, with modifications and progressions provided so everyone can feel their best! Includes admission for the day.
This program is planned as an All Levels Pilates class geared for adults, but ages 16+ are welcome accompanied by a participating adult.
$35 per participant.
