20th - Lots for Tots: From our prizes in the Baby Parade, to the buried treasure on the beach, your child is sure to walk away with a smile and prize during our Lots for Tots Day. Jenkinson's offers pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting, arts & crafts, children's concerts and much more.

29th - Fairy Tales & Fables: Calling all princesses, toads, knights, and everyone else from the land of make believe. Dress as your favorite Fairytale Character and march in the parade. Free face painting, arts & crafts, live entertainment and even an appearance by our friends at Medieval Times. This day of enchantment is sure to spark your imagination. Noon-5p

Aquarium Educational Programs

Pre-registration is required for all workshops. Call (732) 899-1659. Workshop price includes all day Aquarium admission on the day of the workshop. Workshops are for children ages 5 & up unless otherwise noted. Workshops are subject to cancellation.

Warm Weather Friends

Movie Stars

Lights, Camera…Action! Go on a scavenger hunt around the aquarium to find all your favorite movie stars including Nemo, Crush, Mumble, Bruce, and more! Learn about these animals and discover how each of them plays an important role in the environment.

Behind the Scenes Tour

Saturday 8/16/08 9:30am-11:00am

Ages 7 and up only. $13 for adults & $10 for children

Discover what goes on behind the scenes when you work at an aquarium. Learn what it takes to feed, clean, and enrich all of our animals on a daily basis. Tour the building from top to bottom while learning about our animals along the way. All participants must wear closed-toed shoes! Call to pre-register: 732-899-1659.

Free Beach Walk

Join our staff as we explore the Jersey shoreline. Discover local species that live in and around the oceans. If you wish to join us meet in the aquarium lobby at 1:45pm. Does not include aquarium admission.
